Beach Village is conveniently located in the hear of Surfside less than 2 miles from the Atlantic Ocean. With new home prices starting in the upper $300s this is one of the most affordable home options in Surfside. Lennar is the home builder of this new Surfside community. Lennar is extremely committed to building new homes in the Myrtle Beach area as they are currently involved with development of Covington Lake East, Cooper's Bluff, Glenmoor, Longview, Palm Lakes Garden, Sago Plantation, Berwick at Windsor Plantation and the Isles at Bella Vita. As of April 2024, there were 134 single family homes developed with another 62 single family units remaining to be developed.
