Summary of this Surfside New Home Community:
Windsor Plantation is a new home community in Surfside with approximately 300 single family homes. Windsor Plantation is private gated community located off of Hwy 544 near Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach just north of Hwy 17 Bypass.  The grand entrance features landscaped fountains on both sides and a tree lined avenue leading to a round-about with a large pond and fountain in the center. The round-about exits take you into the Devonshire Estates, Saint Davids Township or the Berwick Town Homes neighborhoods. Development of the single family homes in Windsor Plantation have been completed. Construction of the multi-family homes in Windsro Plantation is now ongoing.
Note: Ryland Homes and CalAtlantic Homes are noe Lennar. In October of 2015 Ryland Homes merged with Standard Pacific Homes to form CalAtlantic Homes. Then, in February 2018, the company was acquired by Lennar.
